Video FAQ


In our continuing mission to provide clients with a progressive approach to applying video to otherwise text-based communication methods, we have launched VideoFAQ. Traditional text-based FAQs have their place and should not be discounted. In fact, we recommend that clients keep this process in place—video will only complement this process.

The ROI for VideoFAQ is significant. It will be hard to measure, but conceptually it makes sense for consumers who would ordinarily call the support center rather than read through pages of text. Call centers and customer service are a costly ventures—why not map out the FAQs only once and provide it for all your customers? In essence, you have replaced your support center with one shot.

As is the case with all RPM Production, we will provide you with full reporting on all viewership metrics to provide a basis for understanding your VideoFAQ's effectiveness.
